Auto Recon, PDR, Upholstery Repair professionals and industry vendors gathered in Orlando at the Worldgate Resort for the 2013 Mobile Tech Expo. It was a busy, busy day as auto recon professionals came in from all the world.

A special kudos to Renny Doyle who received a Lifetime Achievement Award for his impact on the Auto Recon Industry. I took the time to attend his training session today “Synergize Your Success”. Here are a few tidbits from Renny:
- “Are you the most recognized in your industry? If not become that person”
- “Build your family empire before your business empire!”
- “What are your priorities? “. He showed a picture of a man fleeing a sinking boat with the caption “My girl can swim and my boat has insurance”
- “How are you staying connected to your customers?”
I also enjoyed Mike Phillips’, of AutoGeek, presentation on “Isolated Scratch Removal”. Excellent tips and techniques for damp sanding and how to quickly remove all traces of the sanding procedure.
A special thank you to Burt McDowell, Nate McDowell and Kelly Vasquez of McDowells Specialty Repair. They presented with Rod on “Driving Your Business To The Next Level” using our software ZenTouch as one of the key components. We had great attendance and a very engaging audience. Thanks to all those who attended.
